Terms of Service

Summary

These terms govern your use of oomou’s website and services, and are governed by the law of England and Wales.

oomou is only for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or over, and accounts found to belong to someone under 18 may be closed and their data deleted.

The key restriction: oomou is an early-stage beta, its scores are AI-generated estimates that have not been scientifically validated against the IPIP-HEXACO or any other psychometric instrument, and they may not be used as the sole basis for a hiring, promotion or termination decision. Any decision affecting a person requires meaningful human review.

HEXACO is a personality model from published academic research, and the IPIP-HEXACO items our criteria draw on are public domain. oomou is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a licensed implementation of either. For questions, email hello@oomou.co.
